Dang, that carved Cherokee Rose is a stunner :eek:, and that Kobra Dui Chirra is awesome.

1oz per inch is magical.....
 
The 18 inch 18 ounce Dui Chirra by Yuvraj. Dhar wood handle. Kobra style cho looks like the perfect 1 ounce per inch fighter!
Wish the handle had been shorter - it would have been mine!
 
Cherokee rose with manjushree handle! I like it! (Yvsa may not have agreed! :eek:)
 
That M43 should be quite the chopper...awaiting someone that can use such a hefty thing :).
 
I saw the Cherokee Rose title on the thread and my heart skipped... Opened up and saw the carved handle and.., shoot. It is pretty, but I am a purist :). I will wait my turn...one will come to me eventually (as will a villager Tarwar, an 18" Ganga Ram, an 18" Chirwa AK, and several others to be named)...lol.

Nice looking bunch. The Dui Cobra is a first for me...never seen such a light weight specimen before. Holy cow that has to be fast in hand!

Kumar's Villager M-43 is really most interesting... Hmmm
 
Hey Philllll,you are right,YVSA would not agree...Broke the mold if you know what i mean...That design IS sacred...I am VERY grateful to have a beautiful example of a YVSA CR...Beautiful blade for sure
 
I love the Beautifully carved satisal wood handle on the Cherokee rose! I am toothless for now or it would have been mine.

I got it. I like the one ounce per inch weight for a fighter type blade, as I like the two ounce per inch for choppers.

et2cetera: I must have beaten you by a minute or two, maybe less. I suggest that you email Yangdu and ask if she has another one like it. I've had some luck with that several times in the recent past.
 
Auntie- trying to grow some teeth as I type (got some reloading stuff I'm trying to sell). If a shark comes along before me, no worries.
