I have recently started collecting knives again, and buck is on the top of my list, I have acquired around 7-10 new buck 110 series knives, individually serial numbered and blessed to find #1 out of 100 and 200 and 400 limited editions, I will try to post some pics soon as I am awaiting for delivery on them...merry Christmas to me...lol

What renewed your interest if you don't mind my asking?

Personally, I go hot and cold collecting depending on my available free time (not working time) and spare coin quantities plus irresistible new or old cutlery models available to me.

I'm sitting here by the computer screen cleaning my glasses so that I will be ready when you are. :) Something to look forward to. Oh boy.

I used to collect knives when i was younger, you know see something that catches your eye and say to yourself ohhhh i need that...lol but now i am at a state in my life that i want to have a real nice collection, something i can say holy &^%t you have to see this. I am mostly trying to get into bowie knives, but have been recently side tracked at some of the new buck 110 series knives. i think they are absolutely beautiful, so who knows maybe i will end up collecting 110's forever.

A believer. A true believer. You belong here so pull up a chair, take your shoes off and sit a spell because there is room for you. Yes there is. Bowies and 110s. I like that kind of talk. Yup.

but have been recently side tracked at some of the new buck 110 series knives.

They are just model 110's and a part of the 100 series knives. Most Bowies are also part of the 100 series as well. Just FYI, Welcome and can't wait to see you new collection...

Let's see Buck Bowies; the 119, 120, the 124 - lots of handle variations on the 124 - sounds like the foundation of a great Bowie collection! Look forward to your pictures. OH

Mb that is true, but the eye is in the beholder, obviously collections are a personal extension of ourselves, I pretty much like anything with a blade or that I can shoot with. the bowies are not going to limited to buck unfortunately as I have already bought a few of the Boker bowies at $400 a pop, but well worth the investment as one is #43 out of 140 made. I am still impatiently await the arrival of my 7 #1 numbered buck 110's all different handle types. Oregon yes I am here to stay as all who is on site seem very knowledgable and friendly. I will do my best old hunter
