Brown scales on, Loctite'd, good sharpen/strop comin' up.

Aw yeah. Now maybe for a Beckerhead number next? :D
 
Great addition to your Becker family! The 17 & the 3 are the only current production Beckers that I haven't had yet.

Hmmm....... Sounds like a Resolution to me!!! :D
 
Great pickup! good lookin knives there. I joined you on the new years resolution, just ordered my first BK-9 (and first Becker) and im pumped to giver her a workout!
 
Thanks, guys. I think my next one has to be one of the full-size Beckers... Unless it's a 15, because that and the 5 are my unqualified (so far) favorites. I wish the weather here was better, it's been rainy and gross for the past few weeks; I want to take this guy out and get him broken in!
 
Nice, that's a great place to start! You can't go wrong with the 5 or 15 either. Both are very versatile blades. I'd recommend you go towards the full-sized 5, because you'll get a lot more practical usage from that one, since you already have the 17, which is very close in size to the 15.
 
Congrats. I wish the 17 would have fit my hand like that.
 
It's pretty perfect. Beefier than I thought. It's like the first four inches off of my 1217 with a more modern handle.

But that clipped-'n-stripped BK2 in your sig is still awesome, Warrior. ;)
