I mentioned in another thread I think I have come "Full Circle" in regards to my Knife Needs. At 48 years old I don't seem to need the High Tech Tactical Type Folders (Not that I EVER really did). I Did and Do like them, but I feel the need to Simplify my Life on a EDC basis. I have really become fascinated with how well an Old School style Slipjoint is just right for near everything I do on any given day regarding the use of an Edged Tool (Knife)... I seem to be always looking for them these days and it has really expanded my knife owning pleasure to NOT overlook the Non Locking No Clip Carbon Steel Bladed Knives of the "Good Ole Days"... Here is where I am at now and I hope to find Many Many More. I really like the S&M Brand and I am really impressed with the Robeson I just got. Please let me know what else I should be looking for??? Thanks!! ~baba~

Well done! :cool::thumbup:

BTW, you'll get no end of ideas about how to spend your time and money in this sub-forum. Hope you find it to be as rewarding as we do.

I will have to wait till after Deer Season and Christmas, but I really want to have K R Johnson build me a Sodbuster. Some kind of Carbon Steel and I hope I can convince him to use Carbon Fiber for the Scales... If not the G-10 he uses is mighty sweet as well!!!

Nice Russell Barlow there, that's an excellent and honest worker! Compact too.
