Well guys, if nothing comes up before tomorrow I'm going to attempt to make my very first kydex sheath. Going to start off small and take a shot at making one for my RAT 3. I'll put up a couple of pictures when I get it finished. Wish me luck.

Nice, remember 3 things:speed/pressure/temperature,also it helps if the press you use is warm so the kydex stays hot for longer and the pattern is better, dont overheat it or it might warp a bit,no big deal because i just straightened it out with some plyers and a heatgun.Best of luck.

Good luck!

If you are using a heat gun remember to heat the non textured side of the Kydex. That way if you get too close and rub the tip of the heat gun on the material, or get it slightly too hot(which makes Kydex shiny) it won't ruin it.
