states that might be against a mini nitrous stryker???

Ok, so most here are knife knuts (or at least self described)... So, I don't have to go into details about benchmade's nitrous system. Just curious as to the legality of a 3" blade with a/o in most states. Are there any states or cities that are very hard on such a knife? I'm in Florida now and the only city I know that doesn't accept a 3" blade is bradenton beach.
