It's hard to go wrong with any SAK IMO.
If the Huntsman does what you want it to do go for it.

I carry a Stayglow Fieldmaster daily and love it. It's like a Huntsman but with Phillips instead of corkscrew. I think that the Huntsman is probably Victorinox's most popular 91mm model as it's the one on the front of their building. Here is a good review of a stayglow Huntsman:
