Steak Knife from Operation Rolling Thunder

I just picked up my Busse Custom Shop Steak Knife. 4 3/4" Blade 9 3/8" overall of Hollow Saber Elmax perfection. Who can tell me what the handle material is? it's much darker with more Blue than these photos show (direct sunlight). I will try to get some better photos later. Now I need to get a sheath for it...

The grain on the scales look a lot like a giraffe bone-handled fighter I have from another maker. (Would have to be dyed to be the blue tint, obviously)
