The pics are not great as I was under the gun to get these out to the customer but you get the idea.
Here are two of my new steak knife design. Both knives are the same design but one is Birch Burl (the top one) and the bottom one is Ash Burl. They both have brass bolsters and brass corby rivets.
Was very happy with the way these turned out.
