Steak Knives

I know this has been discussed many times before, but the search function isn't giving me results. My wife actually wants me to buy knives! This never happens. Could someone direct me to this info, or update me on anything new? She's not fond of the current ones we have with the Sambar stag handles and wants something that looks "normal".

AUS8, full tang, machine washable handles = what I want set of 6 for $80. Does anyone have real world experience with these? I've never owned anything Xikar.

Okbohn, thanks for the offer, but they were a gift from my parents. So when they come over we always make sure the table is set with them.
