Steam Mill Hollow Kniives by The Hanson Guys

It was decided that given the Steam Mill Knives brought together, they should be imaged together as well, so here they are, along with a close-up of handles, so as to display the incredible Missouri Black Walnut handles. The steel comes from old sawmill blades. Recycling at it's best!

These knives are BIG and STURDY and SHARP.

Most notably, SHARP. DHII turns up the HEAT on the edge performance.

Thanks to Bob Betzner for acquiring the entire lineup, and then sending them in for a family photo. (appropriate for a 'family' built series!)

Nice group shot. And,yes, that little hunter is intriguing. Also interesting to see a high end collector focusing on simpler performance cutlery lately. Back to basics?
