hello,

Does anyone has experience with stedemon knives?
I may be interested in their <3” fillers:either the T03 or the shy mini

How do they flip? Are they practical to cut things or are they just collectibles?

Can you share pictures comparing them with other standard knives (PM2, griptilians, Delica or the like)

I have had a couple Stedemons, but, I don’t have them presently. I had the C05 Han, the G10 Shy in S35VN and in 440C, and the D-01.

The two flippers were exceptionally smooth knives with good fit and finish. All of them had great pivot action with flawless lockup - my only poor experience was that the S35VN Shy eventually developed a bit of play, and I could not seem to find a way to meaningfully communicate with the manufacturer to get warranty service.

They’re perfectly functional knives, though, I mean, they have a handle and a sharp edge. I carried and used all of them except the Han because that one has a sort of dagger grind that looks cool until you try to actually use it and you find the false secondary edge is still thin enough that it’s uncomfortable to put your thumb on the spine for better control of the knife.
