steel,aluminum,ti stock

well i was thinking, why not not and make my own stuff(balisongs) and decided to go ahead and do it, i am pretty decent at moding them, so does anyone know were i could get some steel stock 1/8 x 1 1/4 x however long i can get for practice and were to get ti and aluminum stock similar measure for the real thing?

WOULD THIS BE WHAT ONE WOULD PURCHASE WHEN MAKING BALISONG HANDLES? IF NOT WHAT MEASUREMUNTS WOULD WORK?
