steel ID KERSHAW Shallot

I saw something in print the other day about shallots being made with 14c something steel. I think it was an ad in Blade magazine,but I could be wrong. Anyhow what steel is Kershaw using? I would've searched but am not the right kind of member. And if they upgraded steel what are the born on dates? Thanks

As Esav points out, the Shallots are done up in 13C26.
