Hi fellas,
Just stumbled across a web site by Ariel Salavierra, and saw a damascus dagger forged from steel cable, ball bearings and both nickel and copper coins. Astonishing range of natural colors, integral to the forging, and apparently without surface after-treatments!
Have any of you other makers tried this technique, and if so, I wonder if you could comment on feasibility, durability, beauty and so on?
Cheers, Bill
