Steel nut will have to answer that, I can only guess the difference between pancakes and tacos based on the name. I would have guessed this was just a taco (folded over). In any event, I've been heming and hawing over his sheaths for awhile now and finally pulled the trigger. I'm glad I did. It fits perfectly, which speaks well for his abilities and the tolerances of Busse blades, since he didn't use my knife to make the sheath. :thumbup:
