My first 3rd Generation knife came in today. It is a C641 complete with the side carry sheath which is really cool. The seller claimed that it has been unused but not stored in the best condition which I knew when I bought it. However, there is some rust on the blade close to the edge. It is stainless steel and is stamped Schrade+. It also has Hoffritz etched on the blade. I have not had any of my other Schrade+ blades rust like that, so I was wondering if they used a different steel. Any thoughts on that?
