Sorry, I know this is probably a silly question to all of you, but I need to know if all Busse knives are made of INFI?? Thanks...

What about for swamp rat??

what's the differnce in steel for both??

Thanks..

some of the much older models were a2, but everything i have seen in the last few years is infi.

So I take it that ALL Busse knives are made of INFI??

Any of the e handled knives and newer are INFI. I believe that all of the straight handled models were made with A2 at one time, except the mistress, INFI only.
A2 = Badger Attack, Mean street, Steel Heart, others?
Earlier Steel Hearts were even made out of ATS34, and then there's the odd ones like the 3 finger, and the filet knives, which I believe are both D2.
I'm sure Jerry used others, I know he used O1 way back when he was strictly a custom maker.
Corrections?

Yah, I think he's pretty much tried everything....oh, wait, are we talking alcohol or steel:confused:

I heard Jerry can put a mean edge on a cut up and flattened beer can. Of course, the older ones were tin steel and didn't last long, but the new aluminum ones last much longer, quite the slicers! :D
