You can look at datasheets provided by the manufacturer, Google "steel name + datasheet", just be aware that some manufacturers use different toughness testing, so the numbers are not the same, compare the toughness score to some other steels by that manufacturer, you'll get a rough estimate.

Benchmade has charts on their website and catalogs. I don’t know where they get their data, but it’s interesting to look at.
