Steel suppliers that ship overseas?

I'm looking for a source of carbon steel that'll ship to Japan.

Prices that I'm paying for good files (source of steel) are very high as I can't find any good steel elsewhere.

If someone can help me out, it would be much appreciated. If the supplier's in-country, that would be fantastic.

This gentleman sent me some 15n20 to australia by post the Post was expensive the steel price was very resonable. He is very helpfull.

I just got a sample then I broke my rolling mill.

I am not sure if the abouve is acurate it is just what I pulled of my address book.

Australian Knife collectors club have a mail order service to anywhere. They sell stainless 440c and Damasteel. They have a site but I am not sure of the address.
