Steel type for a sword build

I have access to a mobile home "tongue" and I'm curious if anyone knows what kind of steel it is and if it'd be a good steel to use as I'd like to try my 2nd attempt at a sword build.
 
Like the tongue off a trailer? That's structural steel, not blade steel.

Now, the axle or leaf springs? Those may be salvageable into blade steel, but are often riddled with microfractures from stress.

If you're serious about making a sword, just invest in a known steel. Save yourself a lot of time and heartache.
