Steel Will owners question

Have a question for owners of both Steel Will's Modus and Cutjacks.
I have a Modus D2 (and IMHO it's the best under $50 knife out there!) But I'd like a deep carry clip for it and all I can find are aftermarket clips for the Cutjack. They look the same but before I order I'd like someone who owns both to eyeball theirs and confirm or deny.

I have a cutjack but no modus. I can measure the holes in the clip when I get home. Maybe you can tell that way

All I have handy is a measuring tape. It's not quite a 1/4" on center between any 2 of the 3 screws. Hope this helps.

My Modus measures just under 1/4" between the screws as well.
I'm gonna say it's the same but maybe I'll reach out to Steel Will before I place the order.
