Here's another new one.

Modified random pattern 1084/15N20
"S" guard forged from conveyor chain twisted with pure nickel
Fluted damascus ferrule (same material as guard)
Quilted African Blackwood
Damascus pin turned from a bit of my friend Bruce Bump's damascus

What's everybody think? :)

Nick

This knife has a very artistic flair. Definitely the kind of art I like in a knife. That fluted ferrule is a very nice touch.

What do I think of this knife. I think it sucks......that I don't have the money for anymore knives right now. The knives I have seen from you recently are really starting to attract my attention.

I just knew it would be bad when I read the title of this thread. See, I have this real weakness for damascus and African Blackwood. I just don't think there is a better combo for a dressed Bowie. Exquisite work. The right style, materials and execution make a bowie to be proud of.

Nick, fantastic...I love the look, the contrast in the steel and guard is beautiful. Absolutely perfect work:eek:

That guard is awesome. So awesome, in fact, that I think it would be neat to put a similar guard on a straight carbon steel fighter, so as to highlight and contrast it even more.

I should mention also that the rest of the knife really appeals to me as well.

But something about that guard... it looks fluid, almost... liquid!

Ain't nuthin I dont like about this knife; except that I can't afford it right now. :(

Nick, this may be your most appealing(to me at least)knife yet! Keep it up!
