hey everyone,
sorta don't expect an honest reply here (flugin hogs) but i was curious if anyone could list the steps to ordering a busse via the website. I hope to order a single LE FBM (hogs allowing) and was curious as to the actual steps i would need to go through on the website if it just so happens to come up while im at work tomorrow. is it a standard one step web based order form? email involved? reply neccessary to confirm order? is there a notification that you were able to get the desired knife? is either a job based or web based (yahoo in my case) email account valid? any other tips or tricks?

Thanks a ton in advance for any info!

Dunno. I send in my MO's usually. I would imagine that you place your CC info in there, after picking your choice, send it in like a normal website checkout basket and then get an automated reply acknowledging your order. Then you wait a few months, have your CC dinged and then your knife will be on it's way...

Gotta be quick though:

Hope this helps :D

Now when you do MO do they let you know when your knife is done and THEN you send it to em. Or do you send it to them right after you order your knife. I have always done CC so I dont know.

Check the website. Find the knife/options that you want. Call Amy. Tell her what you want, and that you are sending in a MO. Send off MO. Wait two weeks to get knife. :D

I know no one knows for sure, but based on past events what kind of time frame would you be looking at from time of ordering an LE til your CC is charged and the knife shipped?? Are we talkin like 6 weeks, or 6 months?? ... Or more...? Any guesses??

...I know.. I know!! ... Two Weeks!!

Gun site... I could be wrong, but I guess you could figure it would be around 3 to 4 months before you get charged.

Thanks KnifeAddict!!
...also would you happen to know if I would be able to have the goods sent to a different address than what is on my CC.
I have only ordered from Skunk in the past, so he knows it is a valid CC and address. But i've never ordered from Busse Combat.
I caught hell the other day when my Game Warden showed up. So a different shipping destination may evade conflict. :D

Just wondering. Doesnt really throw a wrench in the gears yet either way.

once it goes up, there will be plenty of time to order. There is no rush like there is with the extravaganzaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas.

You could email them at the shop. Just tell them your billing address and shipping address are different due to a case of the spouse. :D I'm sure they'd understand.

I find that my work address is perfect for those very heavy USPS deliveries. There is always someone there to sign for it, and what the wife doesn't know wont hurt me. :D

And what she does know, will kill you :D:eek:

Actually I don't have a spouse.... It's the parents... (I'm a college student)
My mother tells me everyday when she sees me with it, "I hate that knife. It's going in the garbage!!"
And last night sometime during my softball game my mother stole my HR... She's saying she didn't see it........ Suuurreeee.
She crosses the line this time!! :grumpy:

... I guess this is the excuse I needed to buy the Mistress... or folder.. whatever is next. "Ohh, well someone stole my other knife. So I just bought a new one." :D
