Sterilization

I need recomendations to sterilize i.e. remove the logo by grinding
or other means from a VG-10 steel blade.The ultimate goal is to
remove and repolish without damaging the finish.Thanks in advance.

It's my understanding that VG-10 doesn't take a mirror polish -- has a sort of orange peel effect. Let us know how the polish job turns out, please. Thanks

Using Sterilization and VG in the same sentence could be dangerous to your health.
