I found a neat store last year called Steve and Barry's at the Westminster, MD mall last year. I got two parkas for 20 bucks each and a University of MD parka for 25 bucks! That's their everyday price. I prefer Columbia parkas myself, so the University of MD went out as a gift, and I threw one of the parkas in the back of my truck if I ever needed it. They had some great deals on clothes, but I didn't get any. A cheap work/gym/spare clothes alternative to Wally World for all you WM hataz out there (me included 
, I still shop at WM because it's close and cheap). They have el cheapo Chinese made knives at the front, the clerk started laughing when I asked if he had any USA made knives. I took that as a no, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
