  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Steve Mackrill Knives

Ron, I have met and chatted with Mackrill a few times at various shows. I haven't purchased anything from him, although he has some very nice knives. As a retail dealer buying ANY imported knives, I look at manufacturing CONSISTANCY as returning a knife for repair overseas is really a pain. Steve's work is very inconsistant from knife to knife. Some knives don't lock up well. Some have materials that are shrinking or cracked. Others are very well made. Almost like they were made by someone else. If you purchase his knives, make sure that you can see the knive in person.
