I don't have any contact info myself, but Steve Voorhis makes some knives for A.G. Russell. Maybe if you contact A.G. he could help you out.
 
I have his old address and a new one. I'm jut trying to pin down a new number. I guess that maybe he moved or something.

I don't know if this will help or not, but there seem to be a lot of his knives on ebay.
Maybe the seller(s) know something.
 
I placed an order with Steve by letter. We went back and forth a couple times. He didn't seem to want to call me and he didn't provide me with a number even though I asked. I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't bother me.
