I was just posting in another thread regarding the seeming lack of knife and knife company stickers or even 'signs' of any size. Refrigerator magnets, posters, postcards, that type of thing.
Surely someone can come up with some cool pics of same. They have to be out there, don't they? I realize knives aren't gasoline or nose drops but they have to have had some roadside or visual advertising somewhere at some time.
By show of pics, what IS the history of knife advertising and promotion in the realm of such visual promo items? Was there ever a period when knives were really prominent advertisers and what novelty items did they use?

In particular I wonder how many older 'antique' signs might be out there...something of the porcelain/steel or even neon type like those Picker dudes might like to find in someone's cistern.
