For FAQS and Standard Operation Procedures, put links to web pages with brief
descriptions. That way, a user can open the Sticky thread and use the Edit/Find
of his browser to do a word search of all the links and descriptions.
The web pages would be survival related and some could be web pages owned by
this forum. An example of one that needs to be there is "small hatchet" vs "big knife".

Web pages would be as simple as possible. Standard HTML is a very easy language

The web pages could contain pointers (links) to current (small) ads from the sponsors.
