Sticking and uncentered blade. Ideas?

I have a very nice looking titanium CS Tilite. I really like this knife but the blade is very stiff opening and way off centered. When I loosen the pivot it makes the blade almost rub and does not make it any easier to open. I have used several lubes but still no improvement. Any thoughts? Thanks much.
