Sticky BBL?

I have 2 manix 2's. One has a perfect lock, but the other seems to engage a lot more deeply than the other - and it also sticks a bit.

Is there any way to free up the sticky lock? It's not terribly bad, but it's nowhere near as smooth as my first one. Thanks for any help.
 
Can you show a picture of the 2 side by side? I have a few different M2s and the lock up on the polymer cage is not touching the cutout nearest the blade.

Yeah I'll post up some pics. It'll be tomorrow afternoon, but they're coming.


The cage doesn't touch on the sticky one either, but it's a lot closer than the other.
 
That would more than likely require some factory level adjustment. I know what you mean now and the end result of another situation similar was to send the knife back. I imagine the cage itself was replaced.

Yep, looks just like the blue one. Looks like it'll be going back. :(
