Sticky lock bar 2003 Classic large

Just got a nice lG Classic Seb, but the lockbar seems extra hard to dis-engage from the blade. Cleaned, well lubed, and correctly re-assembled.... Just needs some use or an issue? Hints? Thanks, Bart
 
What condition did you get it?
Is it possible someone worked on it?
I'd try the screws, but the customer service is allways an option.
You could take a picture and send it to CRK and ask for advise.

New ones are a pain to break in. My first sebenza required me to use two hands to unlock it since it was NIB. After a while it breaks in nicely and you should be able to unlock it with one hand with ease.

If it is not NIB or LNIB but instead heavily used and still hard to disengage, then that might be a problem....
 
Thanks guys, It just wasn't used or carried much, seems to be loosening up a bid, My old one just is so much smoother from constant use... Bart
 
Try rubbing a little pencil lead where they come in contact with each other that should help.
