Is there any way to fix a stiff benchmade axis lock and I just want to know what benchmade knives you have that have a stiff benchmade axis lock. My benchmade 530 Pardue has a stiff axis lock but its not majorly stiff.

By stiff do you mean it kinda of is stuck when you try to unlock it? I've had a few do that when they were brand new, but it went away fairly quickly just from normal use.

It's new, give it some time - if problem persists (don't believe it will), then send it in.. Not a big deal

You can adjust the pivot with a T-10 Torx bit. I backed the one on my Grpitilian off maybe 6-10 degrees and it made it much easier to flip open.

The lock will break in as the caming surfaces smooth. It will take care of itself with use. Same if the Omega springs are stiff. They loosen up too after a bit. Nothing to worry about.

Worst case and it doesn't then just send it in and they will take care of it but I don't think you will need to.

add a little bit of oil into the action to help it move then the rest is just normal breaking in period. If oil and breaking in doesn't help then you'll need to send it in. BM will take care of you.
