Stiff leatherman super tool 300 and file that cant be opened.

Yeah folks as u see i got myself a super tool 300(silver one with xl molle sheat.) I got it from shop but i didnt tried to open all tools.Tools cant opened with nails u have to open the blade then grab'em.Since its a clumping tool thats not a big problem.main problem is file stay on the handle close to the handle scale.tip of it actually under the part of the handle where they bend it for round them.file is straight i checked it.Dont know why. Also the lanyard ring next to it super-duper stiff.even pushing back to its position is pain in the ass.(i lubed it)Im gonna go to the shop to adjust it maybe they can fixed it or im gonna change it with a another one.Or there is anything that i can do at home(im gonna try to find the wrench to adjust pivot.)
Lastly tools have little up and down play,should i worry about it too? other models that have the same locking system also have this play when i checked them.
its a great tool but definetly not a good start with leatherman for me.
 
Expensive to send it back from Turkey.
That's why he bought from a dealer, so the dealer can back up the purchase.
 
its late but here is the update;
they changed the tool with no questions.Its a great tool,works great with big jobs.(i edc it too LoL)
It have some play at tools and blades but i heard its normal.
