Not looking for an auto, just a folder in the Stiletto style. I thought Cold Steel once made one, but haven't been able to find it. Any suggestions?

There a a few different makers of manual Italian-style lockback stilettos-

Kissing Crane
Kriegar
Falcon
Rite Edge
Ridge Runner
Benchmark

Quality is questionable with these knives. They certainly aren't constructed like a Benchmade, Spyderco, or other well-known brands of modern folders. Kissing Crane tends to be considered the higher-end stiletto. But I'm not offering that as a recommendation.

My favorite is Rite Edge. They are close to 11" long when open, they have stainless steel liners, solid stainless steel bolsters, and the bolsters are welded to the liners making for a very solid-built knife. Quality/fit and finish however is hit an miss. They tend to have blade play, but that can be fixed. I bought mine for $7 a piece and bought several to increase my chances of getting a few good ones.

Here's a pic. The top knife is a stock Rite Edge stiletto, the other two are Rite Edge stilettos that I rebuilt and customized for one-handed opening, and in the case of the bottom knife, one-hand closing as well.

I bought a kissing crane years ago. Besides being dull out of the box the quality is good. It's marked Germany but I don't know for certain if it was or still is made there. Brands like these are bought and production sometimes moves to China.

Cold Steel TiLite (mentioned above by b yond). Produced in both 4" & 6" blades in various scale options including zytel, aluminum, titanium. These have been my answer to your question. Very interesting deployment method options utilizing the quillon guards, and they make significant non-lethal tool also ;-)
