Still can't change group membership

If it's in the works, I don't mean to rush things, but I just want to make sure there isn't some problem..

I paid for a name change and a knife maker membership, last Friday I think, and I still can't change my group membership to knife maker. ..Also my name still isn't "Robert Phelps".
