I have not posted any pics of the good old Hornet XL in some time, easily my flagship of the Hornet lineup hands down.

CPM 154 CM Bos HT
.250X7 1/4" oal 3" blade
Black and Grey G-10 random gouge pattern
Black cord lanyard with grey stripe
Pewter mean skull with red super luminous GID eyes

The new model is called the Eclipse, its a combination of the XL and the Dagger. The first one will be done in 1095 handle material ? and I hope it sports a really nice hamon when finished.

Kevin I have halted all forging untill winter time, it too hot as it is to be cranking the shop even more.

I hear ya regarding the heat. That is a funky little knife. I like the term "random gouge pattern" :D

It is funky but you would be surprised how functional it really is, they have sold to the 4 corners of the earth and continue to sell strong. It will be in full production very soon, which will be extremely exciting and the biggest compliment to the design.

Mike it just depends on if the Army lets me go as of now I am planning to attend and maybe try to cut in the compitition. Yes the killer steaks from Bass pro would great along with you guys.
