still have the 'bounced email' jargon displayed

I've been a registered user for many months and still have the 'bounced email' jargon displayed.
My email is still the same so what do i have to do to remove this warning?
Please don't suggest I go to User CP and edit my email because it's the only email address I use.

Where do you see the Bounced Email warning?
