Still waiting for my upgrade to Gold

Well, the charge for my Gold membership cleared my account on Oct. 15th, and I still don't have the option to upgrade my membership to Gold.

How should I handle this? For some reason my PM's to Spark don't seem to go through.

Kevin - can you look into this, or should I just backcharge the amount off my card? It cleared my account on Oct. 15th, and I can't seem to get an answer on this.

Do I need to do something different here? I'm not really concerned about the pro-rating of funds at this point, but I'd like to get me Gold status fixed.

You can have both. Your Gold hasn't gone through yet.
When did you pay and how -- PayPal or credit card?

Once you're good, go to Settings, then to Permission Groups and select the Gold.

Then go to Tech Support and post a thread asking Spark to prorate your Basic membership.

It doesnt or a Moderator doesn't do that for you.....
 
I know how to change the permission group, that's not the issue. The issue is that I don't have the option to switch to Gold. I have the option of either "Basic" or "Registered". My payment for "Gold" cleared my account over three weeks ago, but I can't get an answer here about why the option for "Gold" hasn't opened up.

I dread my paid membership running out every year because it never seems to be straightforward :( Hope you get this sorted out soon Chris :thumbup:
