Stilletto assistance.

So I'm looking for a stiletto, roughly four inches long, southpaw friendly, and quite possibly the most important thing *below 50$ preferably around 40$*. I was looking at the Cold Steel Ti-Lite but it's not southpaw friendly, and has no flipper. Thanks in advance.

I believe the CS Ti Lites are, in fact, flippers, are they not? Or does that doodad function like a wave?
