Took da boat out to work a few busse's over today, ran for about an hour than lost the low pressure fuel pump, drifted for an hour to a small town boat ramp, used sat phone to have vicki get trailer 60 miles away and save us.

Nothing to chop but empty mich cans and a piece of jerky.

Lemme guess Skunk, it was an electric low pressure pump...possibly for an EFI engine?? I've been replacing them all summer long, very unreliable especially if the boats been sitting for any period of time.

yup, 502 vortec injected efi with a low speed and high speed both electric and really pissed me off!

damned near chopped the sob up :grumpy:
