Recommendation? Stock bending after cutting

Hello everyone , I’ve been using same 80CrV2 steel from same supplier for about 3-4 years now and I have always had a problem , I cut out my stock with an angle grinder and almost always , some times more or less , the blank which I cut out is bent.
Why may this be happening ? Then I either straighten it by hand if it’s little or after the quench when it’s a bit more.

There are still internal stresses in steel after production (hot rolling? ), some steels are more prone to it. I think most of the makers have to deal with this. Maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

Just straighten it by hand or in a vice and proceed as usual.

Straighten it as needed. Warp after cutting/grinding is normal.
If forging, it doesn't matter, anyway.
If it will be stock removal, it won't hurt to do a quick anneal or stress relief before grinding.

All steel is warped or has a tendency to warp. Precision-ground is better but I've bought plenty of that with a warp as well. In one case, I bought a big plate of precision-ground S7 - it came in flat but warped severely in heat-treat despite being an air-quenched steel. Looking at the paperwork, the vendor had started with a 1/2" thick parent plate and delivered a 0.22" thick PG plate to me. I infer that they had done most of the stock removal via face-mill, and my hunch is the face-milling process imbued a lot of stress in the plate.
