Other than the excellent Blade-Tech offerings, the Tek-Lok, Mini Tek-Lok, and IWB strap....

Are there any other off the counter/stock synthetic sheath accessories available, and if so, from whom?

Normark has a nice Nite-Ize pouch he can add to mid- to big-size sheaths. I believe he also has a loop he can put on to carry a Swedish Firesteel on your sheath.
