Thinking about a new Stockman, either a CW a yellow Delrin or both. Anyone got any photos of either and comments on them? TIA

I purchased a dymondwood stockman about a month ago. I absolutely love it. I'd be happy to share pics, but I don't have any and it is in my locker at work, and I'm off till thursday night. I bought it specifically to be my "at work" knife. Last night I ordered a yellow one because I liked the other so much. I'll keep it at home.
My first one came very sharp (all three blades). The fit and finish were great. I've heard of the little Buck shield coming off of some. I'm not sure if this issue has been addressed. It is easy in the pocket, but it is fairly large. The Cadet would be the next size down. The stockman comes with a small sheath with a clip. I don't use it. Overall I am very pleased.

Here's a few of mine. The top four are 301's and the bottom two are 303's. I like them all and either the yellow handled or Dymondwood 301 is always in my pocket these days. I don't really care for anything smaller, so I don't usually carry the 303 or smaller ones.

Thanks to everyone. Just ordered a CW. Will be getting a yellow handle in a few weeks.

My Yaller-'andle 301 came today. It'll go on the rack with the 303 I got last month. 'Course, it'll get carried some. Most of the time, I carry a sweet little Schrade contract 303--but the Yaller-'andles all get their chance.

I don't know of any 300's besides the 317 that comes with a sheath, Someone else have any input.

Looks like you got plenty of pics, so I'll limit myself to comments.

The Buck 301 is one of my favorite knives. The Buck 420HC is a good combination of edge retention and ease of sharpening. The size is perfect for me. The three-spring design means the blades are straight, so they're easier to sharpen and easier to cut straight with.

I prefer the classic black because I've carried black Buck stockmans for about 35 years.

I think the question was whether any of the 300's came with a sheath, My post was referencing to normal factory production 300's. I have only seen the 317 with a sheath. LE and SP don't always conform to normal factory production guidlines. They have rules of their own. Answering general questions about a specific series, I think we have to make the point on both sides of the coin.

I think the 307 may have come with a sheath long ago. My grandfather had one with his in the early 70's though he usually just kept the knife in his pocket. The sheath looked perfect size. My 307 fits neatly in a 112 sheath, but it seems his fit with less side to side movement. ...FWTW
