Which is the one with the red bone and shield? Also any idea what steel the schrade is?
Cheers,
Gabriel.

none have red bone. the schrade is one of the 1983 heritage knives with stainless steel blades. its 3-1/2 " closed with green bone handles.

Ah, it must be the lighting. It's the german one that I was talking about. How is it for bladeplay(the schrade also...)?

I'll take the german one please. Gonna be my first traditional folder! I've got a feeling I might get addicted but at least it will be cheaper than my most recent vice... Sebenza's!

NRaiano, I think you will like the German stockman. I have one made by the same company in Germany (unknown) but mine is marked "Olsen Knife Co". Mine has an awl in place of the sheepsfoot blade. I have seen another one just like this one, marked "Edge" as the brand name. Pretty obvious they (?) made that pattern for several different knife companies/importers. I keep mine in my KAVU vest pocket. John

It arrived today and I'm very pleased with it thanks. Oiled the springs, put a hairpoppnig edge on all 3 blades and man does this thing snap shut like a crocodile! Will make a very nice general use knife for fruit, edc tasks and such.
Cheers  and good luck selling the last one of these...
Gabriel.
