Just created my account to post this, but my rask came today. The box had been opened and the knife/case were missing.

Ive read of this happening so many times now. You would think that the Grimsmo brothers would quit shipping them with their name plastered all over the package. Sorry to hear this man.
 
Welcome to the forums BTW. I wish you would've been posting the pictures of your newly acquired Rask though. Let Grimsmo know what happened I've heard that they will refund your money. Still won't help getting the knife that you wanted. Good luck man

Thanks. I emailed them with pics of the package before opening and a video of me opening it.

Pretty sure I’ll get my money back, but am very disappointed about losing that particular one. A rask was the last knife (probably) I wanted after finally getting a Holt.

If you stick around here long enough, you'll be buying wayy too many knives after that Rask! Haha just trying to make you smile. Nothing worse than a damn thief. Especially when they work for the company that is supposed to deliver your mail. Let us know what happens if you don't mind.

Heard from Grimsmo today, they were extremely nice about everything and sent a refund right away. Hoping I’ll be able to find another one in the future.
