Stolen Knives

I was recently burglarized and I figured I'd let you guys know just in case you happen to come across these knives anywhere. I'd really appreciate any leads you may have. Please post in this thread or send me a message/ email. I am going to subscribe to the thread so that I will be notified of new posts.

The theft happened on the Northern Oregon Coast, so Oregon/ Washington residents might have a better chance coming across these knives in pawnshops/ thrift shops in larger cities, but they might also appear on the internet for sale.

Most notably was my custom Rifleman's Bowie Made by Bladeforum's member, Dan Graves (pictured below). I also lost a handful of traditional knives from Case, Great Eastern Cutlery, Schrade, and Schrade-Walden. (as well as a used ESEE Junglas)

Here are some photos:

Dan Graves all damascus fittings and stag handle. I think the blade was around 8 inches.

I cant easily find any pictures of the Schrade knives, but one was a 1983 special edition trapper, about 4" closed with redish brown bone handles in excellent condition. The other was an older Schrade-Walden serpentine stockman with dark redish brown handles -it was well worn, but not cracked and all the blades were still full.

Thanks to everyone for reading this and keeping an eye out. I really appreciate it. :)

Best Regards,

-Max

PS- Mods, I figured this was the best subforum to post this. Feel free to move it wherever it belongs.

Sorry Max, I hope the basds get cut good with those blades, and that you find them. You'd be suprised, pd finds stolen merchandise all the time through police reports and pawn shops.

Sorry to hear it... Thieves should be drawn and quartered. Craigslist, armslist, pawnshops... Put up a few wtb ads and see what turns up. Only thing a thief loves more than stealing your sh*t, is a quick payday for their efforts. Hope it works out.
