I looked a bit and couldn't find a similar thread, maybe my search-fu is weak or maybe this is less common question. So I have a Wicked Edge, am getting decent with using it after about 15 knives. Now I am starting to think about the longevity of the stones. I have the standard stones (diamond I believe) along with the ceramic stones and a few leather strops. My question for the folks out there with all the great knowledge is how do I maintain these stones? Is there some cleaning or other maintenance task that I should be doing every so often to get the best life out of these reasonably pricey stones?

You can just use dish soap and a scrub brush after every use. The diamonds and ceramics are pretty simple ones to care for. If they get really bad, some barkeeper's friends an a scouring pad. Also, this topic is a pain to search for. It's never really been something covered in depth from what i can tell.
