Hi All. I tried to see a pic of a stone-washed blade on Emerson's Web but I could not find one. Anyone have a pic? Thanks.

Thanks, Haze! I like it. And, it's about time Ernest!! ;)
I will strip my satin CQC-7 when it comes in. I love that exposed 154-CM.

What are you using to strip the finish??? I have a satin finish(coated) CQC14and the coating looks like crap after using the knife a bit.

Thanks
Dave

Dave---I use scotch-brite Green scrubbies and WD-40. The first blade I did took about 15 minutes. You'll need to change to new pads once they foul up with grit. For the final finish, rub in one direction, not back and forth.

I did not touch the pivot area.
This time, I will.
Your welcome and let me know how you make out.
